		<description>It&#039;s tough to say. It&#039;s almost mean letting people use something, even if it wasn&#039;t with Apples consent, and then take it away. It&#039;ll take a while for 1.1 to be hacked. iPod touch&#039;s been out for a month and hasn&#039;t been hacked (if I&#039;m not totally wrong) and it didn&#039;t take a month for iPhone to be hacked. We&#039;ll see.

i mean; the (infamous) 1.1 firmware update actually Changed The Filesystem!
this was not a minor point release style bug fix, this was a complete switch of the live functioning filesystem on every iPhone to a Encrypted, signed code system. i can only think that this was intended for 1.0 but simply wasn&#039;t ready in time.
we can only debate now whether in the long run it was good or bad that this level of filesystem tech wasn&#039;t in the 1.0 release ...</description>
