Books I’ve read and liked enough to recommend to my friends. Here you are:
The Google Story by David A. Vise
Interesting insight to the history of Google and how it functions as a company. Could be a bit more critical but good reading nevertheless.
Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins
American imperialism, how the US got a grip on so many countries accross the world. Chocking and sad but not when you think that China is now using the same tricks on the US themselves.
The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell
‘Nothing is gradual, big changes happen in an instant.’ Must read.
Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely
Are we in control of decisions we make? Well, not really. Dan Ariely shows how Starbucks don’t really sell coffee at all and why we buy bad beer when accompanied by friends. Very interesting and entertaining.
Thanks for coming by and come back soon, I’ll update this monthly.
